    I have the "Green Patches Plan" quest and when I attempt to talk to Archibolt Gearson to complete the quest on the starting Island he just waves at me and no dialogue appears. He does not have a golden question mark over his head either. Thanks

    Ah, that's definitely a bug.  We've found it and the fix will be in the next patch (hopefully next week).
